1 C. Jim Beam
½ C. golden brown sugar
¼ t. fresh ground cloves
¼ t. ground ginger
pinch of cayenne

Combine bourbon and sugar in a saucier or Windsor pan, reduce by half over medium heat.

Stir in the spice and allow to cool.
