So, I got a great deal on a 13" appliance pull designed for an integrated fridge (like a Sub Zero). Bought it for the Edgstar 28 that will hopefully be getting a solid wood door. Been a couple months since I've been waiting for a response from Ed about it. Hopefully he gets back to me
:-)
Anyways, this is the handle. Normally retails for $89. I got a heck of a deal on it, so I couldn't pass it up. Of course, no pics of it installed until I get a door figured out. But this is on a sample cherry cabinet door in my showroom to give you an idea. Real high quality piece, and has some decent weight to it I'm really excited now to get everything finished up!

It's a solid piece. I paid 12.50 shipped for it
:-)
I'm a retailer. My distributor sent me an email with some overstock items that they were blowing out. Makes me wonder how much of a markup they have when selling to me.

That's more like it. I can understand fine (American?) quality, but I can't see paying $90 for it unless it was gold plated or something fancy.
Looks nice though!

OK that's better. For 90 bucks it better have a real good grip.

Funny thing is, I've sold a TON of appliance pulls for 90 bucks and people don't even bat an eye. But that is attached to an $8000 fridge, and additional $1000 in matching panels.

I can see 90 bucks for it if you were trying to match other handles in your kitchen.

I checked online, and it looks like everywhere around the net you can buy this one for $68 plus shipping. I'm not trying to justify the price. I was just really excited when I found out I could get one for so inexpensive.
AND, one of my installers just told me he could make me a door for $45.
:-)
I may just trade him some cc's and a 20 ct humi for it.

As a contractor the $90.00 did not shock me. I've seen customers put $2-3000 in just the kitchen pulls for their cabinets. Whether worth it or not that is up to the person with the check book.

Yeah, that's an altogether different league than what I can afford. LOL
