Predraw:
Dull sweetness combined with the expected Don Pepin spice. Also getting hints of aged tobacco.
First 1/3:
Getting a loose draw with gobs of white smoke. I pick up a slight bitter taste on the first few puffs. The finish is very quick and I'm not getting any spice at all. This is a medium body and medium strength at the start.

Second 1/3:
Now I am getting a little peppery spice in the back of the throat. Along with the pepper flavor I pick up very subtle cocoa flavors, mainly on the exhale. The spice fades out and I'm introduced to some rich leather notes. The burn is great and the draw is starting to firm up. Still medium body and strength.

Last 1/3:
Not much change on the last bit. The draw is perfect now, just the perfect amount of resistance. Oddly I'm getting some sweetness on the finish. The smoke is thicker and almost creamy. Burn is still good, but its getting a bit hot.

Final Thoughts:
This was a very decent cigar at its price point. Problem is, the Black Label is not in production any more. If this cigar was a little more complex and had a better start, I would considering buying more of these (if I could find them).
Thanks to
emopunker2004 for bombing me with this cigar!
