Have you made an attempt to find her owners? :-)

Also, she will need to run around in order to build physical confidence as well as her muscle tone, so don't keep her in the box for too long.

I liive in an apartment complex and im led to think it was a stray, she may be 8 weeks at most. No collar no tag. If I see signs up for a lost kitten I will most certainly turn it over, but until then she's gonna keep me company. Im bringing her to the vet today, for an exam and de wormer as well as picking up some kitten food and a litter box, im just gonna keep her in our guest bathroom.

Another thing people do is put a wind-up clock wrapped in a towel where the kitten sleeps- the ticking of the clock reminds the little one of its mother's heartbeat and is comforting.

You named the critter. You have to keep it.

I still say a litter box is the best "first things first". :-) :-)

You named her, the cat owns you! She is adorable.:-)

"Sure worked too...when the alarm went off I almost hit the ceiling!"

(From an old Peanuts strip....) :-)

I'm glad you kept the little bugger, my man. I haven't had a cat or dog for a few months and it's really working on me. It's been a long time since I've not had a pet, and fish just don't get it.

Well done!:-)

We have two cats (brother and sister) found them sick, and decided to get them well at the vet and fixed so they didn't make 5K more cats.....and you know the rest. Happy to have them going on 4 years now. :-)

"Fixing" does more than just prevent more kittens; it helps keep them healthy by eliminating the stress that all those hormones cause, like cancer. A fixed, indoor cat will live a longer, happier life. :-)

Don't make the mistake i made...I thought 'kittens love milk' and that was all I gave it, I thought "who would want water
when they could have milk?" Kittens need water. Cat died.
But I can't abide cats anyway, once they mark some territory (sofa) it's ruined. Cats are best left to the jungle, haha.
Remember also that non-pet owners in apartments find a cute cat but often don't know the complex's rules on pets
since they never cared to know before. Then the pest control man mentions you have a cat and your rent goes up 50
bucks and they tell you you need to cough up another 400 for pet deposit....something like that. Careful.
