All Cigar Discussion>Flatbed Cigar Company *must try*

When I've had a good experience with a cigar vendor, I like to pass it on.

I had a sampler of Flatbed Cigar Company's Panacea Black Torpedo (Habano) and the PANACEA Black Maduro Torpedo (Natural) and loved them both. Then I jumped in with both feet and purchased a box of their PANACEA Black Maduro Toro (6x52). In my opinion, all fantastic cigars period. Great draw, voluminous smoke, great bold flavor yet balanced body resulting in a wonderfully mellow cigar.

The box came with a had written note from the owner Paul Bush, nice personal touch. I've exchanged a few emails with him, he's a top notch guy in my book..

They also have a "Freshness Guarantee" http://flatbedcigarcompany.3dcartsto...e_ep_51-1.html I can't say how these will be with any aging, since I've been smoking them as fast as I can order them. I have put away 5 of the PANACEA Black Maduro Toro (6x52), I'm going to try to age them. We'll see how that works out.:-)

I ordered a box of their Black 560 (Maduro) today. Two of my other favorites are the CAO La Traviata Maduro and the Casa Magna Colorado Belicoso. For me, the Panacea line is easily right up there, if not beyond those.

So, mellow out and give 'em a try. I'd be interested to see what others say about them.:-)

I'm currently an inch into their Black 560 (Maduro) first one out of the box FOTT. I'm loving it. They have reasonably priced samplers and factory 2nds too. I have yet to try the 2nds, may give them a shot next.

YMMV, but IMO, great stuff...:-)

I had a great experience with Paul 11/09. Can't remember
how I found out about his company, but he promptly shipped
me my 5er. The Maduro Torpedo's are great!:-)

Paul is a great guy, and I enjoy the Black Perfecto a lot. They frequently come out with new stuff as well, mostly the same blend but in new vitolas. Good thread!

I stumbled upon their site awhile back. It looked interesting, but never purchased. I will have to order a sampler.
