HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now being told another story from the last time I called. First it was damaged, so they were getting more in to ship out, so my order never got shipped in the first place.

Was told it would be here last Thursday or this Tuesday. NOPE


Now I am being told they never got their shipment. I am told it will come in next week (20th) and ship then. I asked if this would be here by Christmas.


NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my Christmas present from the wife.


Never did they call me to let me know any of this, I had to call each time!

I sit on hold.......................



They want me to call back on the 20th? I'm like WTF, why don't you call me on the 20th letting me know whether they come in or not?


So, as a pissed off customer, what would you ask for to rectify the situation?

The ship was already free.

Just want to vent!

ask for 10% or 20% off...
too bad you had this experience with them - we ordered all our appliances for a new house build from them, got a better deal than anywhere, and all went smoothly...

Ordered the same model from Target. The first one came so damaged I had to send it back. The second one came with a little bent part on the back which I called and had them give me a partial refund and just kept it since I didn't want to wait and the damage was just on the back. It appears unless you handle these things like a baby, they will get damaged during shipping. Very poor packaging.

Sorry you're having trouble with the vendor though! If you can get a refund go to Compact Appliance and get a wine cooler there, very good customer service.

Yep, that is where I got my first one 4-5 years ago. I got this model from Target last year after the other one went out.
