Discussion>Christmas/holiday blends?

So every year since I started smoking I have grabbed 2 tins of McClelland Christmas cheer. Smoked one that year and then the next year I opened the second. This year I have seen a few others ie. Petersons, McClelland, Samuel Gawith and the local B&M blends. What are your favorites out there?

McClellands Xmas cheer is the only one I pick up on the regular. I tried a tin of McC's Holiday Spirit two years ago and it was awful.

I actually enjoy McClelland's Holiday Spirit. An over-the-top aromatic just sort of fits in with the season for me.

Definitely Christmas Cheer... I always pick up a few each year and add to the aging stock. Right now I'm smoking it from '96.

Cheers,
G

Samuel Gawith has been doing it since '06, I believe. i still have some.
it's not like McClellands Xmas Cheer... y'know, nothing like Xmas.
this stuff tastes like your smoking a cinnamon stick laced with pine needles.
i don't know what the new stuff is like, though.

My local tobacconist has a new one every year they call Santa's Smoke. This years theme is candy canes. And holy, does it ever taste like it. It is pretty good though. Aside from that I have not had much other Christmas blends.

I smoked some C&D Autumn Blend for the first time today and loved it. I followed that up with McClelland Holiday Spirit 2010 which was even better. I want to find more tobaccos similar to these for sure. I will be trying some McClelland Christmas Cheer 2009 this week.

Any other holiday recommendations? I am searching for the others mentioned here.
