All Cigar Discussion>Seems like Pete did a good job with getting the Face out this year

This thread went to hell so here's my .02 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NC_gkcplz_4
But to get back on track, this year by far was the easiest year to score the Monster series. Now if I could get my hands on some more Franks that would be awesome.

Well, it's good to see that even when people aren't mad at Pete Johnson, a Tatuaje Monster thread can still go south by page 2. :-)

So I didn't actually read through the thread but last nigt I smoked a Face thanks to Matt N GA and I have to say I enjoyed it, a lot. Is it worth the hassle, not sure, but if I had staked a place out and spent the cash I would not have regretted it due to the fact that they were tasty. Were they the best cigar ever, no. Were they better than some other special releases, yes.

They have them for a lot more than that too.

I remember a bunch of home builders on a convention a few years ago buying rounds of pre-embargos for clients on their company's coin. That was pre-recession 2008 though and you don't see that as often with home builders.

I walked right past the Face last week and grabbed a maduro Cabaiguan instead probably because I'm afraid of the Face and I know I love Cabaiguans.

Does that make me a capitalist socialist?

I'd say it makes you practical and sensible.
