Anyone have any idea what year these are? Guy said they might be 70s. Notice on the side it says no less than 8 cents no more than 15, maybe that can help identify the year? They are also perfectos. 30 year old crap, is still crap. Unless he is honoring that 8-15 cent price (and then only for novelty sake) I would spend my money on something else

The Cuban embargo began in the early 60s so even if they were as old as the vendor claims, the chance of these being Cuban leaf is minuscule. Add to the fact that Dutch Masters arent humidified now, so I can only imagine how expired a package from the 70s would be.
