I truly believe in the saying "You get what you pay for"... Regardless of where it is made. It can't be very high quality at $20...
On the otherhand, $20 for a
novelty item like that might be cool...

A friend of mine gave me one. It did work, but made a lot of noise and you have to hold the cigar perfectly straight. For smaller sticks you have to hold them against the side so they don't move. You can't adjust the cut so torpedos have to go through a few times to get the right cut (it says adjustable but it's a stop that only decreases the depth - can't increase the cut). All in all I found the thing annoying and got rid of it.

Why do we tend to make even the simplest of things more complicated?

If you're going to get DR, get the real thing
DR Power Mower!! It won't just cut your cigar, but mulch it too.

I was thinking that would have to be the same DR.

I ended up buying a few fine cigars and using my xikar. I rather have a few cigars then a POS sitting around collecting dust.
Cheers!

If the blade sucks so will the cutter. No better than the cheap $1 cutters after the first few times
