Mad Monkey needs a solid...I have no idea what needs to be done to keep my rapidly growing collection of sticks safe until I can get a coolidor or humidor. Ideas?
Thanks

A Tupperdor is your answer.

Tuperdoor...nice $ 7 piece of tupperware from Walmart. Put a sponge with some distilled water in it or a water pillow and you'll be fine for a few weeks.

Thanks gents!

Yeah, do the tupperware thing and keep the wrappers. Then, after you get your new humidor, wrap the tupperware back up and give the wife a present !
A win win for all.

:-):-) I'm sure she would love that...definite win.
I definitely have to agree with everyone on this one...I used a tupperware container and put a sponge in some distilled water and it works like a charm.

If you are going to WW to buy tupperware you could also get a small cooler for not much more money (some of those containers are expensive!). A cooler is not any more difficult to set up and use than tupperware, and you have more space. Of course, you don't have the gift of a new tupperware container for your wife later on, but...

Get a cooler! Easiest way to store, plus they keep great humidity

Second on the cooler but I would recommend florist foam instead of a sponge!

Use a sponge until your beads come in.
Oh, the slippery slope begins...

60 quart cooler purchased. Also picked up 9 or so empty cigar boxes to place in the cooler. Need to order beads. Who is the best source?
