Official: Fox cancels '24'
Tick, tick, tick … and done.
:-)
After eight seasons, Fox’s “24” is coming to an end.
The groundbreaking action drama will air its final real-time episode in May, the victim of a confluence of circumstances: a swelling budget, declining ratings and creative fatigue.

well it's better to end on a good note than to fade into nothingness

You have a good point as so many of the really good shows run out of steam and go to crap then end. It has been one hell-of-a-show all the way.

I love that show, but it is getting old. Last week I mean the guys were under sniper fire and they remove the armored panels of the SUV and form a moving shield

I was beginning to get tired of Chloe's McGuyver-like ability to deliver information and
printouts of schematics of every object in the universe, to include buildings.
Great show, needs to end with it's head held high. And they were obviously
grooming FPJr to be the next star face. That would have been an error.
Nice kid, not going to revitalize the show.

Loved it for years, but this season is driving me and wife crazy. Its time to let it go, but the ride was a lot of fun!
