Well, after 2 1/2 years of service, my first lighter I ever bought died in the line of duty today. He will be sorely missed. Best $5 I ever spent.
Luckily I have two others to take over in his place!

Sure as hell a lot easier putting a $ 5 lighter down as opposed to a $ 75 one.

I feel your pain MJ, mine died too. The sparker just quit. I loved it cause the finish on the case was all worn and scratched. New one from Jerry is up and comissioned though

RIP - I have never had to bury a JetLite. Hope you held a nice service for it.

I'm still using my very first one from a year and a half ago. Fires every time and I'd miss him if he went down but I bought another dozen shortly after buying the first one. I shall burn a cigar for your Ronson!

I'm sorry for your loss... What did you smoke in his honor?

The good die young, he wasn't eligible for that.

He passed lighting a diesel. 56 RG did him in.

No wonder he passed, the lighter police may be paying you a visit. That is a mighty big rg for a JetLite, poor fellow I know he was trying. Best to use a soldering torch for that monster.
