my buddy gets these from a local BM and really likes , he's told they are from Miami.

yeah - the "little havana" name makes it pretty tough to google without getting 1000's of hits so I thought the experts on CA might help. Whoever it is making them they are shipping them up to Canada so I'm assuming they must have some kind of presence/rep down in FL.
