Usually we all complain when things go wrong but I wanted to put out there something good about a company. I made and order with cigar.com. Usually, they ship their items like a tank with a water pillow in there. Well this order came in a bag and the cigars were able to move all over the place. When I received them, there was tobacco leaf everywhere in the bag with wrappers and feet coming off these things.
So I send an email off to them. Thinking what a hassle this could turn out to be. Send them back to them blah blah blah. Well I get an email today and their customer service guy said we will just send it out to you again. I know most of you guys use this vendor already but I know I will be looking on their site more often for more goodies.
