During a recent company password audit, it was found that a certain air-head was using the following password:
MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofy.
When asked why such a big password, the employee said that it had to be at least 8 characters long.

many systems allow up to 64 characters for the password. If it works for them and is secure, then why not? The fact that they are willing to use a longer password than you doesn't make them somehow bad.
The password itself isn't a strong password, but that's orthogonal, I think.
