I bought a box of these without ever trying them on the devil site about 10 months ago basically because they were so cheap ($25 for a box of 20) so I decided to review one
First impressions were that it had a rustic looking wrapper with a big vein running down the side however it felt firm with just the right amount of give. the pre light draw was a bit tight and had a slight sweet taste to it
first third: it light easily and had a perfect draw (for me at least) I am getting a peppery flavor on my lips from the wrapper and tasted mostly leather with a slight nuttiness from the smoke. Some spice starts to creep in nearing the end of the first inch or so, there was no harshness at all when retro-haled, the smoke started to get very smooth and creamy.
second third: The flavor remained pretty much the same but started to pick up some peppery notes and still mild when retro haled.
third third: the cigar starts to get more full bodied at this point and started to have a slight grilled meat flavor to it, with about 2" left it started to get a bit harsh and I decided to put it down
Overall Impression: the construction on this cigar was flawless, it held a good ash and never needed a relight or touch up. For the price I paid for the box I will definitely be buying more of these and would probably pay at least double for one. If I had to rate it on the /100 scale I would probably give it a 89/100
