If you go to the site it is explained. What you do is log a bill on the site, write
www.wheresgeorge.com on the bill and wait to see if someone else gets your bill and logs it into the database. You get to see how far your money travels across the country and sometimes world.

I should have a stamp but I never got up the endurance to have one made. I just write the link on with a pen.
