I smoked an Argonese Nicaraguan Presidente tonight, received from our friend Garbandz. In short, I really liked it. It's a well constructed figurado (6.5 x 54rg), with a small nipple at the foot. The shape is nearly identical to the Taboo LR figurados. It lit easily, and burned true all the way to the nub. It is leathery and mildly spicy. I was a little fearful that it would be too spicy, an attribute for which I do not personally care, but it was not a DPG powerhouse. It's just a nicely flavored cigar with Nicaraguan wrapper and DR fillers. The wrapper seemed a little thin, but it never unravelled or presented any problem. For me, this was the right amount of spice without being too strong. I found this to be a very enjoyable cigar.
Thank you to Garbandz for this cigar!
