Never heard of Holt's having one. I know they ship the order free if you buy a certain promo box at times, but a general free shipping code is news to me! Would be nice as I like Holts very much!

They still have the 5-pack deal, just with a new twist. In a way it might be a little better. You buy one or sticks of something *special* then get a 5-pack for free. Right now you can get a DPG Blue with a Gurgha something or another in a glass tubo for $20. Check it out if you want more details than that.
