Discussion>Where can I buy Japanese pipe tobacco?

I'd love to try some. Maybe pick up some modern Japanese pipes as well. (I already have one of the old school ones with the tiny bowl)

Also are there any other countries besides the common ones (UK, America, Germany, etc) that make pipe tobacco?

Brazil and Argentina produce some pipe tobacco.
The argentinian as a better reputation, though... no idea where to get some of them, and I'm not interested either.

I smoked Asuka amd Momoyama from Japan. Asuka is a mild Latakia blend and Momoyama is an aromatic. Both are now produced by MacBaren and leave a lot to be desired as far as I'm concerned. The orginals were quite good but have been discontinued.
