He went in to have his tonsils, and adenoids out. He took it like a champ, and is home and eating us out of house and home. It was the funniest thing after they gave him the medicine to calm him down before going into surgery. He looked just stoned out of his mind, and couldn’t sit up or walk. I couldn’t help but laugh a little. I guess tomorrow will be the real test, as he has not needed any pain meds so far today.
So to recap of today my son is now sans two front teeth, tonsils, and adenoids.

Thanks for all the well wishes.
We had a small problem with his medication. The doctor messed up on the dosage. He wrote it for 35kg instead of 35 pounds. It’s a good thing I have a great pharmacy they caught it, and got it all lined out. Now only if I can get him to take it.

I hope the little bugger feels well tomorrow.
My girls both went through the tonsil/adenoids thing along the way and it went real well. I was amazed how well they healed.

Today is not going as well as yesterday. We can’t get him to take his medicine, and he is starting to hurt pretty badly. Poor fella he looks like he has two black eyes. I took the medicine and had if flavored, and we are putting it in his drink maybe that will work.
