That's the one I've been using, but it doesn't bring up the blue free shipping banner like it always has in the past.

Have they limited it to a certain number of orders per customer or something?

I just followed the link, and it didn't pull up the banner, but when I added something to the cart, it showed the free shipping rebate item. I used it on Wednesday and it worked.
