Hello BOTL,
About 2 months ago I received an order of some misc. sticks there were a few Padron 1926 and 64 anna's one had some massive damage to the wrapper I called the Company and they made it right but just told me to keep the stick. So I was going through the humidor today and looking at the 1926 with the damage and thought I would take it apart and check it out. I have to say it was rolled very well and almost brought a tear to my eye that I couldn't smoke it but I thought I might learn something by looking inside of the tasty cigar. Well I took some pic's and thought I would share what I saw since I am sure not to many people take them apart to look at them, there are a few with the flash and without to help show the texture in the cigar construction... If you have any questions please ask.

That's pretty interesting, thanks! I've seen dissection pictures before, but none that show the individual components so clearly. That's pretty cool...

Thanks for taking one for the team and doing the dissection. I never saw the inside beofre and have trouble from burning up the good ones quickly.

Sure thing it was actually fun to do I was amazed how well the thing was rolled and how nice the leaf smelled.

Really nice construction on those. Not many times you see these like that. But since it was damaged might as well take a looksie.
