Garbandz sent me a couple of Aguila cigars to review. This is a large toro sized cigar. Looks about 6.5" and 54 RG.
Nice looking cigar. It's heavy in the hand and well-rolled. Perfect draw.
First few draws...on the mild side. A bit of grassiness in the nostrils, but not too bad. A touch of sweetness on the finish.
About 1" in...similar flavors, with just a touch more "strength". Grass/hay flavor a bit more pronounced. A few burn corrections so far.
About 2" in...much the same. A bit of bitterness coming in on the finish. I'm generally not a fan of grassy flavor in cigars, so I'm sorry to say I'm tapping out on this one.
:-)
Final thoughts: I don't care for them. But many thanks to Garbandz for sending me these smokes to try!
