This makes Amazon Prime a pretty damn good deal when you look at the free shipping options for products and the free streaming options, (with paid rentals as additional options) for 79 bucks a year.

I'm a little confused. So after you pay the $79 subscription fee, you then have to pay a rental fee on top of that each time you watch a movie?
I understand the free 2 day shipping and the reading Ebooks which you have to pay a fee for too.
Heck, $3.99 for a rental is a lot now days not to mention the $79.00 you had to pay upfront.
It just seems like a lot of money for what you get. Maby I'm missing it.
