General Discussion>Electric Pressure Washers?

I last bought a pressure washer 10 years ago. I recall that there was nothing good written about electric models and I bought a nice gas-powered Briggs and Stratton from Home Depot. It started every time and I was happy with it, but honestly, it was overkill. You want to slice a picket fence in half or bore a hole in concrete, this was your machine.
I'm now in a small town house and just need light deck, window, shutter cleaning once or twice a year. I'm seeing much better reviews/ratings on electric models than I recall from past research.
Between the cost, storage space, gas/oil hassle, portability, etc, I'm leaning away from gas-powered.
Anyone have any personal experience with sub $150 electric pressure washers?

I use my parents every now and then. To your original point, it doesnt have the extra power, but for your every now and then jobs it works just fine. The only thing I dont like is that you have the extra power cord to mess around with, and there is a 1sec lag from the time you press the trigger to when the electric pump kicks in.

I have three, two electric and a Honda gas powered.
Definitely a use for each, depending on what I am doing.
A very needed item that you never have enough of in South Florida.

My bigger electric is from Home Depot.
It was around $150-160 and I think it is 1600 GPM (would tell you exactly the day my son who borrowed it a few months ago returns it, ........ Who am I kidding, will never see it again.......so, I now have two). Works great. They just have cheaper hoses, handle and nozzle.

My gas powered is 2600 GPM and thought I would mention you can always tone down the power by using a wider fanned tip. Key difference is truly bulk/footprint.

Thanks, equetefue and Blueface. I'm leaning towards an AR Blue Clean. These seem to have reviews that are far better than anything I read years ago.
