I really enjoy Joya de Nicaragua Antano and was wondering if you guys think I would also like Joya de Nicaragua Celebracion.
I found a good price on a box and thought I would order them if you guys recommend them.

Celebracion is a lighter stick than the Antano, but with some similarities. The Antano Dark Corojo is also a very good smoke. :-)

:-)
Celebracion lacks the Antano "oomph" but it has nice flavor.

Any chance you got a local B&M you could swing down to and pick one up to try before you loose the price on the box?

I guess I want to know how similar they are to Antanos. Emjaysmash's description sounds good. I just don't want a bunch of cigars that are basically the same.

They aren't the same stick by any extent. They are similar so I suspect if you like one you will like the other assuming you don't just like the anato for it's strength.

I personally prefer the Celebracion. Although it is not as full bodied as the Antano, it is full of flavor. I would not hesitate to say jump.

Chingas has the right idea, try a couple first.I never try just one stick,in case I get a dud.I usually try to get two sticks from different boxes if possible to get a better idea of the blend and consistency.

Sounds like good advice.

Well rested Celebracions are great cigars.

i love the celebracion churchills myself. i think the JdN profile is fairly similar across most of their offerings. like most have said in this thread, the celebracions are not as strong as the antanos, but i prefer the flavors i get in the celebracions. and they last a LONG time! :-)

also, CI has bundles of the fuerte B line on sale for cheap. as a basic yard-gar, they can't be beat. pretty straight forward and strong.

here you go. i have bought a couple of bundles of the toros now.

also, atlantic cigar has good prices on the celebracion line, here:

sidenote - while these are not stellar cigars and certainly aren't gonna blow my cubans out of the water, i think the celebracions have got to be the most consistent cigar i smoke on a regular basis.

That's a solid deal. I was going to get the celebracio and Antano samplers from Cigar.com.
Pretty decent pricing especially for the Antanos.
