So the other day I got a rebate offer in the mail that is the same as the offer I used 6 Months ago to get 5 bottles of Bacardi superior for $6 a pop in OR.

Here is what it says:

Tiered rebate - Buy 2 and get $5 off, buy 3 and get $15 off, buy 4 and get $30 off, buy 5 and get $45 off.

Rebate is valid on Grey Goose, Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar's, Cazadores, Bacardi Limon, 42 Below, Disaronno, Drambuie, Benedictine, Seven Tiki Rum and their variants.

Bottles have to be 750ml or larger in size. Rebate valid from 10/24/2010 to 11/14/2010.

The small print says:

I checked with the local liquor store and they have gotten word of this promotion and it does in fact start on the 24th. Just thought I would post this here. I dont think this is regional but I guess YMMV and you might want to check the 24th. Good luck!

Is the rebate form right in the liquor store? The OP mentioned receiving something in the mail ...

I've seen other rebates in the liquor store next to displays in the past, but would like to take advantage of this one to stock up a bit.

I think this deal sucks, sorry. In order for it to work, you can't lose the receipt like I did last month for $15 off one bottle of Tres Generaciones Anejo!?! LOL

That's why companies do rebates... 1. promotion of their brand 2. generate sales 3. stupid people like me will lose their receipt or forget to submit the rebate by the deadline!?! LOL

I may or may not have used their last rebate in August to get 6 bottles of booze for about $13 out of pocket after tax.

Last time there was a huge display that advertised it and the nice lady at the front encouraged me to buy 4 more bottles as she handed me my rebate form :-)
