I am a relative newbie and want to get the collection going. I usually like a medium bodied cigar. Avo classic is one of my favorites.

10 cigars for 25 bucks, decent variety of mostly medium bodied brand names that have been around awhile and are still in production, not unknown house brands or bargain bin clearance crap. Sure, go for it.

Nice sampler, some good sticks to try out. When you are just starting out dont worry about building a collection too much. Try as many different cigars as you can afford. This will help you develop you palate and you will start find cigars you enjoy. :-)

Excellent advice because before you know it, you'll be hooked on this lifestyle and buying in quantity those you enjoyed at first and on the lookout for more new sticks to try. And the cycle repeats itself. Then lo and behold you have a cabinet that holds 2000+ cigars and have filled more than half of it. Or so I've been told....

2.50 a pop is a great price.
