My weekend was "meh". At least I had an extra day off work.

Was a boring an un-eventfull weekend, except a few great cigars. The cigars are what kept the weekend bearable, hate dealing with peoples lack of courtesy and manners

We had an awesome weekend. Celebrated my birthday with a huge cook out on sat. Was able to welcome my brother in law back home from a recent deployment. Also was able to say good bye for my soon to be brother in law for his soon to come deployment. Had my fiancées Father in town for the hole weekend. Yesterday we went and watched a great fireworks display. Today we chilled by the pool. Not a bad cigar weekend either. Apparently my local B&M had a few attendees to my party stop by asking what I smoked and he pointed them to the three pack tins of the opus robustos. I shall have to thank him later this week.

My holiday started last weekend. I had a lot of vacation time banked at work, so I decided to use 1.5 weeks worth. Last Monday was a trip out to Vegas and came back Thursday. I was hoping to hit a jackpot so I could stay another month, but I ended up donating a weeks salary to various casinos. The weekend was spent hanging out with some friends and family, including one friend who made a surprise visit in from Germany where he is stationed. I've had a great week off of work, and wish it was longer...only 2 days of vacation left!

I spent some time with my family and friends. Enjoyed a few cigars (HDM du Prince, Padron Corticos, Perdromo2 LE Epicure) and some fireworks.
Oh, and I also consumed quite a bit of Tequila -- a new silver -- Yeyo from Beaverton, Oregon! Also enjoyed some Cazadores Reposado.

Tough weekend for us at our house. Big blow up with my 21 year old daughter, she tore into my wife. I jumped in with both feet, told her to shut up, and she said she was moving out. I said OK, pack your stuff. She's threatened to leave before, but this time I called her out on it. There's a lot of baggage here I won't bother you with, but my intentions were to have her live at home until she graduated college. Sadly, she's been squandering the money she should have been saving by living at home. At this point I don't feel the need to make her life easy or comfortable, but I did ask our church pastor to contact her to make sure she's safe. As her father I do feel the need to make sure she's safe.
And all of this on my wife and I's 23rd wedding anniversary.

Life ain't all roses and lollipops sometimes. It makes good reason to pray for our brothers.
It makes me especially happy I had my turn in the "good weekend" barrell.

Long weekend at the in-laws lake home. Got some fishing in, did just fine thank you, and some quality pontoon time with a good group of folks. Some cold beer, good cigars, and not too much drama. All in all, a good weekend.

Smoked a bunch of good cigars, ate too much BBQ, and nearly killed myself with some artillery shells. All in all just another weekend in the Jackson house.

Weekend was not bad....didn't get to smoke yesterday or Sunday though.
Sunday had a few neighbors come over and just fired up the grill, enjoying part of the day was watching all the kids go crazy when the sprinklers turned on the in the backyard....forgot to turn them off.
Yesterday we went to the last day of the San Diego Fair. Great time with my wife and son....one of those memorable days
