Just curious...
Anyone ever get cigars from an auction site (we won't mention names) that are quite aged? I can tell since they use a labeling system with dates. In the last month, I have got cigars dating back to 2007 and 2008. They seem to have been well stored and already arrive probably ready to smoke, for sure.
Cleaning out old odds and ends, or what? First time I've encountered this, and not necessarily complaining, just found it interesting.

No never have. But I did get some DPG JJ amduro's from cigarplace.biz that were 4 years old. And were very delicious!

I have found aged stuff at B&Ms but never really saw NCs come in from internet sales with age on them.

:-) It's not a problem to mention auction sites. The forum won't disintegrate if you type c-biImage

Ha. Ok... not that one (explosion averted)
It was C. Auctioneer. The two from '08 and '10 were Honduran Maduro Churchills, not otherwise specified (these were predecessors to their "Thousand series," I think) and a Famous Smoke Value Line Dominican #300 Churchill from 2007. That one is now five years old.

I'm actually hoping to try them over the 4th, I'm guessing they're ready. I've always had luck with their bundled sticks (esp. Nic. 3000 and 5000) so hope these are good.
