I belong to the Virtual Weber (WSM) website and the Saturday of Memorial Day is their annual Smoke Day event. Thought I would start a thread here for folks who are planning on smoking some great food this weekend. I'm smoking a full packer brisket and boston butt for my family at the lake. Since our lake is flooded badly, I'll be much more inclined to just smoke all weekend! What's on your schedule for smoking this upcoming weekend?

i have two 8 # pork butts, my sons 1 year old birthday party is on the same weekend so doing the pork for his birthday really, not for memorial day... but i guess it will all kinda flow together...
