Man... boxing is dead. Too much money and crooks. Shame.

Ledderman (sp?) called it from the get go, one judge not experienced enough and another was already coming off a controversial decision on a previous fight. But I agree BS!

No doubt, PacMan won, but it won't be official until this November
:-).

Boxing, probably the most subjective sport. You can never be too sure, even if you feel like you have it won. I hate how there isn't a good structure also. They have to agree to fight each other, rather than making them fight the next contender on the ranking list. Lost its appeal, IMO.

I can't stand boxing anymore and this is one of the reasons why.

I haven't seen the fight yet, but by every account that I trust, it was almost a whitewash for Manny. Be interesting to see what comes of this, whether it was 3 bozo judges (yes, even the one who had Pacquiao winning had it very close), or something more sinister at work. I still love boxing, but it is hard to defend it when something like this happens.

This was the worst outcome possible for a PAC-Man vs Mayweather fight. Now no chance we see that until earliest summer next year.

:-) At best, it puts a rematch of this fight in front of it. At worst, it makes another bullshit excuses for Pretty Boy to use. And there is still little chance Floyd takes the fight.

I just read that the rematch date was already determined in their contracts. November 10th the fight will happen.
So that means Mayweather probably will take another fight and depending on that timing, I'm actually thinking no chance for the fight we all want until end of next summer.

Bob Arum, promoter for
both fighters last night, expressed disbelief in the judges' decision.

Yeah, said he "thought he won" the late rounds, but would have to watch the fight on tape to see who won. Gimmie a break.

I have yet to hear a single person who thinks Bradley won that fight. It even looked like Bradley and his corner didn't even think they won that fight.
Ridiculous.

I was shocked by the decision. It's funny how Bradley mentioned the November 10 rematch date immediately after the fight.

Watched and scored the fight on HBO replay tonight.
Scored it 117-111 for Manny. All 3 of the judges are fugging crazy.
