JE3146 05:58 PM 11-06-2008
For anyone looking to jump into the market and doesn't want to wait outside in the cold on Black Friday for a good deal.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.htm...rd_i=193640011

Get the Sony BDP-S350 for 224$

Pick 4 movies on the list.. should total up to like.. 298 - 305$

Subtract 100$ from the overall order.

Total Cost...

Get a good blu-ray player for 200$ and change AND 4 movies with it.

Some Black Friday specials show like 175$ or so for this exact player.. so up to you...

Figured I'd pass the deal along :-)

This is a good deal but in you should really look at a PS3. They do cost more but they are still one of the best players out there and the ringer on them is that they can be updated with the latest settings (firmware) from the internet to keep them up to date longer.

A small bonus ... it is also a gaming machine...

Just my 2cents.

I agree, but not everyone wants a PS3.

Some people want a standalone player, native IR support, and a machine that consumes less than 100W while watching a movie :-)

(Personally I own a PS3, and while it's fantastic, it does keep the apartment warm in the winter, but at a cost)
