According to a watch site I found, it's a
Ventura V-Tec Sigma but Ventura has gone out of business so it may be hard to find, and expensive if you do.

LED digital watches have been the rage for a few years. Very expensive to find the good ones from Omega, Pulsar, Bulova, or Compuchron.
If you have a calculator watch like this, PM me. I will pay good money for it.
