MY vino 18 has about a 10 1/2" Across front and about 12" deep a one of cheap humidors smaller trays is 10 1/2" buy 8" but only 1 1/2 " deep and they cost more .. so debating how to proceed .
will keep advised

Solution may be simple... If you have at least 3.5" between the trays, you can double- stack. If not, you can sand down the sides height a little and still double- stack. (sounds like a Wendy's commercial). Sounds like the width is spot on. Suspect you can fit the depth, since the door is about an inch or more clear from the trays.

ok Rob I just ordered 7 of the cheap humidors 10 1/4"x8"x 1 1/2" trays.
I will make 4 full drawers one half drawer and use a bamboo cutting board for one self .
I ordered 7 1"x36"x1/4" cedar boards to make the drawers an inch deeper .
Not as thrifty as I was hoping . but not to bad .
I also ordered a bottle of TightBond 3 wood glue.
The WineAdor project continues !
