I saw "Counter Culture" mentioned a few times on the forum and decided to give one of their coffees a shot.
I just finished french pressing a cup of the Jagong Sumatra (Organic) and am really enjoying it. There is a nutty, slightly woody taste at the center—sometimes slightly charry—with a little sweetness (what reminds me of some "cherry notes" in cigars) at the back.
It's a nice cup.
I should probably look into the FP threads here to be a little more precise about my measurements to see how that might change up the flavour.
Anyone have suggestions about particular CCulture roasts?

Sorry, I've never had it, but it sounds good!
