So the wife and I leave for our cruise Sunday out of Ft. Lauderdale but we will be arriving Saturday morning. Any need to see B&Ms in the area?

The wife and I were just there last week for our cruise, but didn't have enough time to hit a B&M. Our flight got delayed, so we didn't get in til late.

Which cruise line are you going on? The wife and I were on the Celebrity Solstice. It was incredible.

Ditto the Solstice. My wife was on that ship last summer but in Europe and said it was very nice. Super psyched to get away and I am bringing a killer line up of smokes with me to boot. We booked our flight a day in advance just in case of delays. I should be in Ft. Lauderdale by 10 am so we will have plenty of time to kill.

Caribbean is quiet right now so should be a good sailing.
Best smoke shops in the area are both listed.
However, you will need a car or it is a long cab ride.

If you are getting in at 10, don't see that much time to kill for you.
By the time you get your luggage and swing on over to the port, and check in, you will be right around noon.
At that point, you will be allowed on board.
Go on board, have lunch that will be ready, sit back on the pool deck, and enjoy a smoke there, along with a nice drink.

Can You Smoke A Cigar On The Pool Deck, Carlos? Most Cruises I've Been On Won't Let You Smoke Except On Your Balcony & The Cigar Bar.

We won't be boarding until Sunday so we will have most of Saturday to spend in Ft. Lauderdale.
Thanks for the tips fellas. I will have to see if it will be worth renting a car for the day. Nueromancer, throw me a PM with your e-mail addy. If I know we will have some down time I will give you a shout. Thanks again everyone!

Unfortunately, on the Solstice, there were designated smoking areas. And the pool deck was not one of them.

However, on Wednesday they did have a cigars and Cognac night which was pretty cool. They sat out a few different bottles of Cognac, and you brought the cigars.

It was a good time.

I am use to RC. They allow smoking on one side of the pool deck.
While Celebrity is part of RC, I guess they have different rules.
