The Stumnptown crew has a number of members that aren't on CA. One of them, Pat Cahill, is a franchise licensee for Godfathers Pizza. Pat might not give you the short off his back, but he will take you to Macy's and buy you one.
Pat knows that I am a celiac and thus need a gluten free menu. Godfathers has been rolling these out but until yesterday, Pat's stores didn't carry any. Instead, Pat has been driving to the other stores of licensees and bringing me gluten free pizzas at no cost, just because I occasionally give him a stick or two from my zero. A few minutes ago, he gave me the personal cell number of the manager for one of his stores, which happens to be located 1.5 miles away. They are carrying the gluten free crusts now (and have a separate oven for them) and now I get the back door for ordering.
Pat tells me that he is no different from any other franchise owner. If this is true, Godfathers rocks!

That is great service, Mark. Don't think I've ever had a Godfather's pizza, but if I ever run across one, I'll give it a shot.

Awesome service experience. But their pizza around here is pretty icky.
Most of them have shut down from lack of business. I remember as a kid Godfathers was the place to be, but nowadays they cost 2x as much and they just can't keep their stores open. Nobody wants to pay 20 dollars for a pizza that costs 10 dollars at pizza hut and tastes better. Must have different suppliers in different parts of the country or something.
