My friends did this for a while until they got a tax bill from the state. Just wanted to throw that out there. Don't know if your state will do the same thing that NJ did to my friends.

Some states require the shipping companies to report the customer info in those states, so be careful.

Last I heard NYS did not allow any internet shipping of cigarettes in or out of the state.
