Voila Cigars!
I placed an order on Dec 27th, 2008 and have not received it as of this date. I tried to call on the toll free line at least ten times and it's always busy. I also tried to call via their local line and it comes up as disconnected. The website is also gone!
I'm stuck for $31.50, however, I will dispute it when I get the Credit Card Billing! All my order info given below!!!

I don't know this vendor, but if you take out holiday and weekend days, the vendor has only had 5 working days to fill your order at this point. And they might still be on vacation.

I'm not sure which calender your using, but less holidays and weekends, it's 10 working days! Also please note that I tried to call them on their toll free number and it is always busy. I also tried to call on their local number and it's disconnected. Lastly, their website is down!
Would you not consider those issues reason for concern???

Sorry to hear about your experience.
With their phone and website down, I'm pretty sure we won't be ordering from them anyhow. (unless they come back up).
