My first experience with this cigar and it was a pretty good one.
Construction: wrapper is dark, oily, toothy and very thick
Prelight: draw is slightly tight, and a little pepper is left on the lips
First Third: first few puffs are a bit bland, taste develops and chocolate, coffee and faint cinnamon, not the amount of spice I was expecting
Draw: takes a little time to open up
Burn: ok
Ash/Smoke: smoke volume is good, ash is salt and pepper a little flaky and strong, really strong
Image
Second Third: little bit of pepper starts to creep in but the predominate flavor is a sweet coffee/latte flavor
Final third: little spice, little coffee, little chocolate
Image
Strength: med
Flavor: full
Overall Impression: pretty good, this was a nice change of pace for me, as it is a bit outside of my flavor profile, and the ash was really impressive and fun to watch
Scoring

First Third: 12/15

Ash / Smoke: 9/10

I bought a box of these a couple months ago without trying one (all the talk had me sold), and I can honestly say that I am not at all disappointed with the purchase. I think it was a $100 for 30 and I got a cutter for $1, 3 bucks for a great smoke, can't beat that!
Thanks for the review and I can't believe you held onto the ash.
