Who has heard of spaving? It is the concept that you spend to save, hence "spaving". You cannot save $40 on a box unless you spend $120 on the box itself. You spaved $120/$40. Why is the important? Well, I know when it comes to cigars and everything related, it is how I work and many others here too. I have friends point out that when I talk about my purchases I don't say it cost $XX, I say it saved me $YY. This is the final phase of spaving, when the spend aspect is no longer key, the savings are. I am not sure when I hit the final level or when I even started, but I do not spave with ANYTHING else, just cigars. I think spaving accelerates the slope, this is the danger zone.
