Good Eats>Any Non-Traditional foods this Thanksgiving?

One year we did a vension roast, wild rice, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and pie for dessert.

Before we start eating they have finger foods...one of the most unusual is raw squid with an italian dressing.
I'm like you. My grandparents are right off the boat, and turkey takes a back seat to lassagna, pasta dishes, etc. I like it better that way too, :-)
