My favorite wing place went under. I like hot wings with gobs of sauce dripping off. Any good hot wing recipe's?

Chicken legs, wings or thighs are on sale at my local grocer for 99 cents a pound. Needless to say, I'm making something with chicken tonight. Looks like I'm making buffalo wings (or buffalo drumsticks). Thanks for the link
:-)

I do...Butter, Franks red hot sauce, lots of garlic (powder, canned or fresh) and paprika. Easy and tasty.

Thanks for the link and the help. I've made a lot of BBQ sauce's but never tried a hot wing sauce.

My friend Jamie Carroll showed me this one, stone simple and delicious.
Melt a stick of butter in a saucepan.
Empty one bottle of Texas Pete into saucepan,
heat to a sizzle, pour on fried wings, eat.
Granted, we were smoking a hell of a lot of dope back then, but that didn't mean this
was not freaking delicious.

That looks like dinner tonight! Chicken didn't work out yesterday (thunder, dark clouds, and high winds kept me from firing up the grill), so I need to cook it tonight. Thanks for the link!
