I have two, a medium and a large. Both are old and are Craigslist finds. I have bought and sold quite a few of them. Great cookers all around but my favorite things on them are pizza and steaks.

Damn...
I've never found a BGE on CL, not a used one anyway. A few retail stores advertise on CL - like I couldn't find them by opening the phone book. Other than that, it's mostly burned out gas grills or overpriced used webers or stuff stolen off the loading docks from Wal-mart out here.

On the eve of the superbowl I wanted to give this wing formula bump, great recipe and thanks again to Mr Gator for sharing. The deep fry drop is the majic treatment!

Wings coming off the smoker

Process:
Marinade full wings in Italian Dressing for 3-4 hours (I used Kraft Zesty Italian).
Smoke wings at 225 for 2 1/2 hours using your choice of flavoring wood (I use apple or pecan).
Run temp up to 350 and cook for an additional 1/2 hour.
Take off cooker - if you have a deep fat fryer and want the bomb have it ready and put the wings in for 1-2 minutes.
Toss in Smokin Gator's Hot Wing Rub
Smokin Gator's Hot Wing Rub:
¾ cup paprika
½ cup dark brown sugar – dried
3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (Yes tablespoons)
1 tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tablespoon cayenne pepper
To dry the dark brown sugar spread it on a cookie sheet and heat it in the oven at 250 for about 10 minutes. Let it cool them crush any chunks with a mortar and pestil.
No pictures of you munching down on some wings??

They look really good. Can't wait to get out of the concrete jungle and move back down South so I can get myself a smoker and try these. I'll def save this recipe until then!
