One from my gf: spoon horseradish (not the cream-style crap), liberally, into cottage cheese and attack it with Ruffles.
One from my dad: peanut butter and sandwich spread sandwich (liverwurst optional).
One from my favorite bar in Japan: wasabi pizza (the wasabi is spread,
unevenly,
under the cheese, so you don't know when that hit's coming, nor how big- pow!).
One from a childhood friend: ketchup on your cantaloupe at breakfast.
The first three, I fully endorse. The fourth, I have yet to dare try.

catsup and/or hot sauce on scrambled and fryed eggs
fryed egg on a hamburger
mixing a good salsa with spinach and avacodo dip
garlic goes with everything!

WHat about poor man's shrimp? Ketchup and small hard pretzels like you get int he store. Not the BIG ones but the ones like 1.25" in size. Try it taste like shrimp.

Chocolate covered pretzels on top of bbq chips. The salty, sweet, smoky, tangy flavor explosion is awesome.
On a side note....I think everyone listing a food combination on here has been smoking something that is a little more likely to give you munchies than cigars.
