My feelings on this couldn't be more mixed.
Blade Runner is my favorite movie but, on the face of it, I don't have any particular interest in the idea of a sequel. Meanwhile, the people involved in this production (Fancher, Villeneuve, Deakins, Scott) appear to be about the best/most potentially-interesting one could hope for.
So...
I guess I'm looking forward to it with sheer trepidation.

Have to agree, for me Rutger Hauer was the movie, sure there were the side plots, but his character was what kept me interested throughout.

I'm down.
I'm not expecting Blade Runner at all, so I probably won't be the least bit disappointed.
The dearth of sci-fi goodness is what bums me out.
If it stands on it's own merit as a 5/10, I'll consider it a big win for all of us.
:-)
I enjoy Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling, so there's that, if nothing else.
I can't think of a movie that either has been in that let me down in any significant way.
