Not the greatest day at the gym. Skipped yesterday due to my stomach issues. Went in today for chest/shoulders. Got thru dips and some seated presses. Went to go do incline press and my shoulders weren’t having it. Did some extra cardio to at least feel productive.

Greg, with all the wear and tear, I considered dropping to 4 days a week.
Then I thought how bored I would be the other 3 days, smoking breakfast cigars and sipping mimosas.

I'll keep going 5-6 days.

Ok, back at it. Chest and shoulders. Went light, but lots of reps, pushing most times to failure.

Yea, just had to give my body a few days to recover. My shoulders feel good today. But then I didn’t do dips. Lol.
